Graduate of A. Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Polish Philology), Poznań University of Social Science (cultural manager - management of a cultural institution ). She participated in the International Training for Culture Operators organized by the National Centre for Culture (diploma of cultural manager for planning strategy of cultural projects implementation ) and in the School for Theater Educators organized by Zbigniew Raszewski Theater Institute.
Since 1988, literary manager and artistic work coordinator at the Animation Theater in Poznań; since 2017, deputy director of the Theater. She has published articles on contemporary puppet theater and theater education in the "TEATR LALEK" bulletin and in publications of the Children's Art Center, with which she has also cooperated as a juror during the competition for Contemporary Theater Play for Children and the Youth. She took an active part in the work of the Theater Culture Society - Poznań Branch ( secretary, then Vice President of the Board, 1985-2003) and the Animation Theater Friends Society (2002 -2014)
