The Snowman is like a big baby, he wants to live life to the fullest and doesn't seem to think about the inevitable end. And as his companion he has chosen Carrot, which is not as obvious as it would seem. The Snowman is brimming with joy, whereas Carrot is a bitter and perpetually unhappy type, who somehow miraculously avoided death in a broth. At first, the Snowman and Carrot find it difficult to get along, they differ in everything. However, they are on their own – after all, it is Carrot's fate to be the Snowman's nose – and so they develop a thread of understanding, which ultimately will turn into a great friendship. A true friendship at that, with adventures, deep conversations, arguments and sacrifices for the happiness of the other. This unexpected and difficult relationship will teach them (and perhaps us as well) how to enjoy life, cope with the passing of time, and.... how to avoid the inevitable.
