Mariola Ryl-Krystianowska

actress

Full name: Mariola Ryl-Krystianowska
Currently playing in: Theater of Animation and family theater TeatRyle
In the theater since: 1984
Favorite role: Any by Meryl Streep. And from my own adventure with the theater: the Aunt in "Ribidi Rabidi Knoll" by J. Ryl-Krystianowski, Elke in "Gimpel the Fool" by W. Śmigasiewicz, Rosalinda in "King of the Carnival" by J. Ryl-Krystianowski, the Baba in "Stories from Oblivion" by Duda Paiva and Poland in "Za-Polska" by A. Biziuk.
Dream role: Luckily I’ve still yet to play it.
Hardest role: The role of a lifetime.
Theater for me is: Curiosity, fear, passion.
If I were not an actress, I would be: A traveler.
I am most proud of: My family.
Biggest mishap on stage: I experience them most in my dreams: I know I have to get on stage and I don't have my costume on and can't find it, other times I get on in time but don't know the text or the play itself and desperately make up for it with my face. Or in the middle of a play my front tooth falls out, everyone dances and I stand like a peg because I don't know the arrangement and the like. Such an actor's nightmare.
